Performance – average billing range of $400K-$600K pa with multiple $1M+ billers in the Sydney team to work and learn from.
What are we looking for?
There is now a real business need to hire a senior HR Recruiter to partner closely with an Exec Search leader who has been involved in the Sydney HR / P&C space for 10+ years.
From private equity to ASX listed powerhouses (Qantas, Woolworths, Macquarie Bank, QBE as examples), there's a good spread of clients to inherit working all roles up to $250k+.
This is a 360 role, you will still need to generate your own work but there's a great platform to work from and a significant amount of downflow work on offer.
What are we looking for?
- 4+ years HR Recruitment experience. You must come from an agency environment.
- Ideally a background recruiting HR professionals locally / Australian based. For the right candidate, we would consider overseas experience
- Good track record around both new business and account growth. We are looking for senior recruiters that still have the drive and hustle for business development
