As a 360 Recruiter, you'll craft your own desk from the ground up, specialising in medical placements nationwide. Your success hinges on being dynamic, adaptable, and resilient, seizing growth opportunities. Cultivating trusted relationships with candidates and senior stakeholders is pivotal, as this firm upholds an exceptional standard of service. Supported by a skilled team, with access to coaching and mentoring, plus a robust database and resources, you'll collaborate in your approach to building your desk and leverage the excellent reputation of this firm to excel in your role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Tap into the passive candidate market through headhunting and using your strong network in the industry.
- Strong experience in 360 Medical Recruitment agency recruitment
- A people person with a proactive "can-do" mindset, meticulous attention to detail, and an unwavering determination to impact the industry and firm positively.
- Ability to work in a team and commitment to collaborative approaches.
Requirements:
- A track record in winning new clients, within medical recruitment.
- Ability to work autonomously and also thrive in a target-driven, collaborative environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving change and disrupting the status quo.
- Hunger, passion & drive to win.
- Must have experience in recruiting medical roles within any vertical in a 360 capacity in Australia.
- A strong network in the medical industry within Australia.
- Must have a valid working right in Australia.
