Senior Recruitment Consultant

As we continue to expand, we are looking to welcome a Senior Recruitment Consultant into our Melbourne team. Your days will be spent working alongside other experienced recruiters, and proactively networking to source quality candidate options for our client base and connecting with clients within the construction or design sectors.

The Opportunity

Specifically, this is an opportunity for someone to step right in and oversee a high billing desk in the white collar construction industry. We have quality client relationships already in place meaning huge job flow from day one, plus a long-established database ready for you to claim as your own.

What Do You Need?

• Previous experience in a recruitment role, working to targets in a fast-paced environment
• An eye for detail; know how to work and think outside of the box
• Exceptional communication skills
• A drive to learn more and develop yourself professionally
• Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships
