You will be tasked with delivering recruitment solutions that cater to individual client needs. Your role will involve forging robust relationships with clients, understanding their unique business operations, and providing customised recruitment solutions. You will also manage a portfolio of candidates, ensuring they are matched appropriately with positions, briefed comprehensively on the roles, and kept engaged throughout the recruitment process.

• Cultivate new business with potential clients and maintain regular contact to establish positive, productive, long-lasting corporate relationships
• Service, nurture, and expand existing client relationships through meetings, functions, and events
• Comprehend clients' business operations and address their recruitment needs
• Identify and match candidates for suitable positions, arrange interviews and thoroughly brief candidates on the company and role
• Take charge of candidate care and maintain regular contact with candidates
• Manage the recruitment process professionally and effectively from start to finish
• Maintain CRM database records ensuring all information is consistently up-to-date

• Sales or recruitment experience within a corporate environment is advantageous
