This position requires strong prioritisation skills within a complex workload. The right candidate will have the ability to motivate, lead, troubleshoot solutions and be proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement. What you will be doing:
As Senior Recruitment Officer you will be accountable to ensure that the NBMLHD Recruitment Unit provides a timely and accurate service to NBMLHD recruiting managers and applicants whilst achieving district wide objectives.
Assist in the provision of an effective, efficient, confidential and standardised recruitment function whilst processing through all stages of recruitment actions in the NSW Health recruitment system.
An eligibility list may be created for future vacancies.

Selection Criteria to be Addressed:
Recent experience working in a Recruitment or HR Transactional unit for a large complex organisation, or a similar position working with an eRecruitment system or Human Resources information system.
Demonstrated commitment to providing a high level of customer service including the ability to liaise efficiently to all key stakeholders internal and external while maintaining confidentiality.
High level of organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail, including the use proficiency in using PC based software such as Microsoft Office Suite applications.
Demonstrated ability to work in a high volume and demanding environment to meet strict deadlines while constantly looking at ways to improve the service delivery.
Demonstrated ability to identify trends and implement solutions in order to improve recruitment KPI results.
A willingness to undertake a diverse range of work within Workforce, Services & Performance.
