MTA Institute is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO No. 31529) looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated and self-motivated candidate to join our team.
Working as part of a successful RTO, the right individuals will possess good organisational skills, a desire to work and perform as part of a team whilst having the ability to think on their own feet and possess a strong understanding of office administration functions.
Previous experience in a similar role within VET would be looked a favorably along with;
- Proficiency in using student management and learning management systems (ideally, Wisenet, aNewspring and Readyskills)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 suite
- Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills
- Knowledge of ASQA and VET Quality Framework, including the Standards for RTOs 2015, and/or the ability to develop the knowledge required
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Strong understanding of compliance adherence needs
Essential Criteria
- Minimum of 5 years previous administration experience with Customer Service skills
- Previous management experience in a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous RTO experience is highly desirable
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to be able to work alone as well as a team in a busy environment
- Demonstrated time management and organisational ability skills for managing conflicting priorities to deliver work within expected time
- Good work ethic, reliable and contribute effectively to the Client Services team
- Reliable and positive attitude
- Current drivers’ licence
