Senior Ruby On Rails Developer

Seeking a Senior Ruby on Rails Developer to join an innovative team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a mix of greenfield and legacy Rails projects within the fintech sector.

As a Senior Ruby on Rails Developer, you will be instrumental in developing and maintaining various Rails projects. You will have the opportunity to interact with a range of technologies and platforms, contributing significantly to the company's competitive edge.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work on a mix of greenfield and legacy Rails projects
- Interact with various technologies including React, Angular, .NET across both AWS and Azure
- Contribute to all aspects of the business including competitiveness, operations automation, and data analysis
- Collaborate with both technology experts and fintech business domain experts
- Find solutions to novel problems and grow with the company

Key Skills:

- Minimum of 5 years professional programming experience
- At least 3 years of commercial Ruby and Rails experience
- Experience with at least one frontend framework such as Vue/Elm/React
- Strong knowledge of DRY, Single Responsibility Principle, OO, SOLID and RESTFul API design
- Experience in implementing and integrating with HTTP APIs
- Experience working in Agile
