- 4+ years Ruby on Rails (particularly on large RoR code bases)
- Experience with JQuery
- Experience in HTML/CSS/JavaScript
- Deep understanding of Linux Shell and Virtualisation
- Excellent communication with Internal and External stakeholders, using a variety of written and visual mediums.
- Experience upgrading a large RoR codebase
- Experience using Capistrano
- Experience with cucumber and rspec
- Experience with either SASS and LESS
- Experience working as a consultant
- Proactive and dedicated to seeing the project succeed.
- Ability to help identify technical and process risks that can impact delivery.
- Ability to help identify and communicate practices for engineering.
- An ability to build great relationships with stakeholders and internal teams.
