Senior Administrator position in Tullamarine $80k+ super providing exceptional support to Account Mgt Team

They’re known for being at the forefront of supply chain and transport solutions, and are seeking an experienced professional to join the team on a permanent full-time basis.
 

Your new role 

As the Senior Sales Administrator, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting the Account Management and Business Development teams. If you’re someone who enjoys having a laugh with the team but is also passionate about providing high-level support to the team, this may just be what you’re looking for. Here’s what you’ll be responsible for:

  • Customer Proposals and Presentations: Provide administrative support to Sales and Account Management teams to ensure professional and compelling PowerPoint customer proposals, presentations, and tender responses.
  • Timely Reporting: Compile and submit all Sales and Account Management reports promptly and on a regular basis.
  • Process Documentation: Maintain documented processes for all Sales and Account Management activities.
  • Account Records Maintenance: Keep customer account records and contacts up to date.
  • New Business Setup: Capture and document end-to-end processes for setting up new business accounts within our CRM system.

What you'll need to succeed 

To excel in this role, you’ll need the following:

  • High level administrative experience: Proven experience in a sales admin/coordinator position, supporting Account Management teams
  • Salesforce Expertise: Experience in Salesforce will be advantageous, but not essential
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail is critical for success in this role
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Tech Proficiency: You will need to be a PowerPoint expert and an eye for keeping proposals on brand and aesthetically pleasing is essential.
