As the Senior Salesforce Administrator you will be a key player in ensuring the successful deployment and ongoing optimization of our Salesforce Sales and Revenue Clouds. This role involves close collaboration with the implementation team during the project phase and providing unwavering support to users and team members post-delivery. The ideal candidate will not only be technically proficient but also embody our core values of teamwork, transparency and exceptional work ethic.
We are looking for a proactive individual that can help us successfully implement and then continually improve and enhance our Salesforce instance, identifying opportunities, supporting the design of scalable best practice solutions and contributing to the product road map.
The Senior Salesforce Administrator should be comfortable with change processes, security awareness, audit and governance, as well as leading key administration aspects within a Salesforce implementation initiative. The ideal candidate will be happy liaising with stakeholders at all levels and possess the ability to be the voice of the user during and after the implementation.
Some of the awesome things you'll be involved with:
All aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules
Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports
Sandbox environment management
DevOps/release management
Proactively identify and gather requirements, to support scalable future enhancements
Optimize current ways of working
Create a platform roadmap and define priorities, liaising with stakeholders
Own the communication of any platform changes to end users and stakeholders
Support data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed
Own and support system maintenance activities including security audits, release updates, performance reviews and health checks
Manage user support tickets
Monitor and improve user adoption
Support new user and ongoing user training
Provide technical documentation where required
Provide input into the management of integrated applications including [Jira, Slack and G-Suite]
What you will bring:
Salesforce Administrator certification; advanced certifications are highly desirable
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a proven track record in implementing and supporting Salesforce Sales and Revenue Clouds
Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality
Excellent problem-solving capabilities and the ability to manage complex workflows
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on teamwork and transparency
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle multiple priorities, and perform under pressure
