WE WANT PEOPLE WHO ARE PASSIONATE ABOUT SALESFORCE OPTIMIZATION
We are looking for a talented and inquisitive Senior Salesforce Administrator whose drive for learning and determination for continuous improvement aligns with our ambitious, fast-growing and transforming company. Based in Melbourne, Australia you will continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platform, gathering requirements and feedback, designing scalable best practice solutions, and managing the product road map. We are looking for someone with a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, who can understand both our current setup and our business objectives, in order to quickly identify areas of improvement. The Salesforce Administrator should be comfortable with change management and governance, as well as communicating, prioritising and project management.
WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • All aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules
  • Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Workflow, Process Builder, Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, custom fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports
  • Sandbox environment management
  • Contribute to the platform roadmap and define priorities, liaising with stakeholders
  • Interpret requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience
  • Showcase platform changes to teammates and stakeholders
  • Peer review teammate's platform changes
  • Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed
  • Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer
  • User support tickets
  • Monitor and improve user adoption, identifying unused or underutilised platform features
  • New user and ongoing user training
  • Technical documentation
  • Work with integrated applications
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification
  • Platform App Builder Certification (a plus)
  • Strong Salesforce product knowledge and at least 3+ years' of Salesforce Administration hands-on experience with Sales Cloud
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ
  • Hands-on experience with eSignature tools
  • Hands on experience with OwnBackup & Gearset (a plus)
  • Exceptionally motivated with an innate sense of curiosity
  • Extremely strong intrapersonal skills: Must be sharp, energetic, assertive and results-oriented; able to prioritize and focus in a rapidly evolving environment
  • Stakeholder empathy: Demonstrated ability to review stakeholder feedback, deeply understand their pain points, and meet them on their level to drive solutions
  • Passionate about solving unmet needs of department leaders and delivering awesome projects that they love using to accomplish their goals
  • A team player with a great sense of humor
