Senior Service Desk Engineer (Contractor)

We are looking for the best Senior Service Desk Engineer who is looking for ad hoc and contract opportunities. This opportunity would be perfect for an IT specialist who is currently studying or returning from long term leave and is seeking part time work or someone running their own small IT business seeking additional work.
Role
In this role you will:

• Provide ad hoc and contract onsite desktop and IT infrastructure support to our customers across Sydney
• Be involved in support and project work to deploy solutions
• Experience opportunities to install and configure Servers, Networking and other IT equipment
• Be exposed to account management, VOIP, technical presales, and other areas
• Work across technical infrastructure from desktop to firewall, backup systems and software

Requirements

• Solid knowledge of Microsoft AD, Exchange, Azure and Office 365 environments coupled with your generalist networking skills
• Excellent written and spoken English, with a great phone manner.
• Great attention to detail and time management skills.
• Strong experience working with inside IT
• Must have vehicle and full drivers license. (Mandatory)
