An exciting and rare opportunity exists for a passionate, motivated and enthusiastic Senior Service Technician to join our Miele Professional team in Keysborough, Victoria on a permanent, full-time capacity! This role plays a crucial part in supporting your own team of Professional Service Technicians to help them exceed customer expectations in the commercial appliance market.

- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with regard to time management and use of resources

- Carrying out quality field service repairs at the customer's premises or in the workshop
- Ensuring a positive customer experience at all times
- Accurate and timely completion of necessary paperwork and service invoices
- Management of van stock
- Be a team player with the ability to provide direction when needed to fellow Service Technicians
- Handling and resolving customer complaints in the field within company guidelines
- Have an ‘A’ Grade Electrical License or equivalent or, Restricted Electrical License or equivalent
- Current and valid full VIC driver's licence
- COVID vaccinated or exemption
- Yearly influenza vaccination
- Sound technical knowledge of electrical and mechanical fault finding through effective problem-solving skills
- Have a gas, refrigeration, household appliance or white goods background (advantageous but not required as we provide extensive product training)
- Genuinely enjoy meeting and interacting with customers
- Embrace changing technology and work efficiencies
- Experience in commercial laundry, dishwashing and/or laboratory fields highly regarded
- Proven experience in leading a team preferred
