Currently seeking to source an agency Senior Social Worker with the following particular skills and attributes:

• Mental Health Accredited Social Worker with evidence of accreditation status.
• Experienced in Community Mental Health with Senior Clinical experience.
• Authorised Mental Health Practitioner.
• Completed relevant supervisor training and evidence of such.
• Demonstrated high level communication skills and experience in staff development and/or performance improvement as evidenced by previous supervisory and senior clinical leadership roles and activities.

Charters Towers Community Mental Health Service is one of four rural teams within the Townsville Hospital and health Service.  Charters Towers is 130km west of Townsville. There is accommodation available with shared facilities.

• Location: Charters Towers
• Position Title:  Senior Mental Health Clinician
• Contract Dates: asap for 12 weeks.
• Roster: Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm
• Rates: Please note all daily rates are as per SOA/PSP111539                                        
• Requirements: all Candidate submissions must include a Current CV and two (2) recent, signed referee reports
• Accommodation: Accommodation to be provided – Free Shared
• Travel: Return travel capped at $250.00 each way payable on production of receipts/tax invoices.
• Hours of Work: 40 hours per week
