SENIOR SOLICITOR
(Remote WFH and in Office Available)
We are seeking an enthusiastic experienced Solicitor to join our team of professionals at Just Law Group.

Just Law Group is an Incorporated Legal Practice (IPL) practising throughout New South Wales and other states from time to time. Just Law Group commenced trading in around July 2021, during which time it has as developed an extensive personal injury practice with a particular focus on Historical Institutional Child Sexual Abuse Matters.
Just Law Group has experienced exponential organic growth and demand for their services from the time of foundation, which has resulted in significant number of matters. Just Law Group is ultimately seeking to reduce the number of files in which they hold carriage, ensuring that all matters are managed and progressed efficiently and within a reasonable timeframe as required.

Role Responsibilities
You will work remotely alongside the firm’s team of solicitors and support staff, whilst saving time and costs of travel to an office each day (if remote role is taken). But some travel may be required to attend mediations, Court appearance etc.

The applicant will be assisting clients with Personal Injury and Historical Institutional Child Abuse matters.
As our Senior Solicitor, you will:
Lead: Provide strategic leadership to our personal injury team.
Advise: Offer expert legal advice on personal injury matters, provide advice to clients and the firms staff.
Litigate: Handle complex personal injury cases, including motor accidents, workplace injuries, and public liability claims.
Mentor: Guide junior lawyers and foster their professional growth.
Network: Build and maintain relationships with clients, medical professionals, and relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience
- Admission: Hold a current unrestricted Solicitor practicing certificate in New South Wales.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in personal injury law.
