Sails Noosa is underpinned by a core team of dedicated hospitality professionals and an opportunity has presented for a driven and motivated Senior Sous Chef to join our team.
We are a busy 7 day a week restaurant with a focus on seafood and the innovative use of the best local and regional produce. Applicants must have an understanding of produce and proven experience working in a similar standard of restaurant.
In addition to being able to run all sections of the kitchen the successful applicant must also be able to lead the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence. It is expected that all candidates will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role and be able to offer a minimum commitment of no less than 12 months. This is the first time in 7 years that this position has been offered and it presents a real opportunity for an applicant who is seeking stability and longevity within a well-respected and successful business.
