Bistro C located on Hastings Street overlooking Laguna Bay is a vibrant beach side venue. An iconic Noosa restaurant that is open for lunch and dinner we are looking for a Senior Sous Chef to work alongside our Head Chef and our long serving kitchen brigade for dinner service.
We operate on 2 teams of chefs, lunch and dinner so only 1 service per day

We have an off site prep kitchen to design and try new dishes that is fully staffed and operates 5 days a week

Suitable Candidates must have
3 years’ experience in similar high-volume establishment
Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Creativity and knowledge of modern cooking techniques and trends
Assist the head chef with the management of the kitchen.
Train and mentor junior staff
Be able to lead by example and control a very busy service.
Create and implement new menus and daily specials
Implement current health and safety regulations.
