Senior Strata Manager - Inner Brisbane

The Role:
Working in a professional yet fun working environment, there currently is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Body Corporate Manager to join their successful Management team. 
You will be responsible for managing a mixed portfolio which include a number of large, high-end buildings. This portfolio covers complex and layered schemes, so BMS knowledge is crucial in this role

Duties will include but not be limited to:

• Liaising with Owners Corporation as required
• Arrange quotations and repairs and maintenance for works required
• Prepare agendas and minutes for meeting
• Prepare budgets for presentations to AGMs
• Convene and conduct meetings

• A minimum of 3 years Body Corporate Management experience
• Experience across a variety of schemes, including layered 
• Maturity, strong communication skills and team player
• The ability to multi-task and be professional in all aspects of strata management.
• Experience managing high end clientele
• Experience managing a team
