We're looking for a talented Senior Strategist with an ambitious spirit who's hungry (and very able) to drive the creative strategy for a portfolio of clients.

Working directly with the Chief Strategy Officer in this role, you'll be able to create and plan brand and communication strategies, clearly defining and evolving them over multiple campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Set a high standard for strategic thinking on the client portfolio you oversee.

  • Be respected by client and creatives for strategic thinking that answers business problems.

  • Bring a strong analytical foundation to uncover:

  • Fresh and innovative insights

  • Inspiring strategic ideas that drive change

  • Work with the CSO to develop the brand and strategic platforms on the brands you oversee.

  • Craft platforms into well-rounded communications plans that integrate comms and digital.

  • Measure impact

  • Collaborate with others to encompass audience insights, trend analysis, marketing/media executions, timings, and budgets.

  • Support during pitches.

Qualifications

Desired Skills and Experience

  • 5-6 years' experience in a creative agency.
  • Experience thinking/planning from an integrated perspective.
  • Able to synthesise research and data to develop recommendations.
  • Know what great creative is and and steward creative to reach world-leading benchmarks.
  • Adept at managing multiple brands.
  • Working knowledge and proficiency in generating insights from data platforms like GWI, Roy Morgan, Social Listening, and similar
  • Likes presenting to sell the thinking.
  • Culturally aware of communications/marketing trends and culture, taking inspiration from it.
  • Able to collaborate with different departments to develop and deliver ideas.
  • Be a positive contributor to our values: instinct, generosity, craft, bravery
