Role Overview:

As our Procurement and Inventory Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing all aspects of inventory and stock ordering and receiving. Your responsibilities will extend to maintaining optimal stock levels, negotiating with suppliers, analyzing ordering trends, and ensuring strict adherence to stock handling procedures.  Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Procurement: Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing, ensuring cost-effectiveness and reliability in the supply chain.
• Data Analysis and Forecasting: Utilize your analytical skills to assess ordering trends, conduct demand forecasting, and optimize inventory levels to meet customer demand.
• Relationship Management: Cultivate and strengthen relationships with new and existing suppliers, fostering collaboration and ensuring a reliable supply chain.
• Procedural Oversight: Implement and monitor strict stock handling procedures, guaranteeing accuracy and compliance within the inventory and stock teams.

 Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Procurement and Inventory Manager
• Experience  in the pharmaceutical or compounding industry is desirable 
• Expertise in negotiation with suppliers and contract management
• Strong analytical skills for data analysis and forecasting
• In-depth knowledge of industry regulations, products, and market trends
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
