Most children and young people are placed in out of home care following child protection intervention. A small number are in care on a voluntary basis. Voluntary and statutory placements can be of a short or long term nature. Key Responsibilities As a Senior Case Manager in the program, you will use your understanding of the issues related to child development, including the impact of trauma and abuse, and will utilise this knowledge both to support children in care and to establish and maintain foster care placements.
