Office Admin
We are a fast growing, Australian-owned grocery business, providing an extensive range of food lines into Independent supermarkets. We are seeking a full-time enthusiastic, pro-active Admin Assistant to join our team at Rocklea for wide-ranging office duties. Training will provided for a newly trained business graduate, alternatively an experienced, efficient, and motivated Assistant will fit right in.
Candidate Requirement:
Applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Strong communication skills and the ability to deal with people at all levels of the business
- Fast learner, enjoys fast-paced environment, enjoys multitasking
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel especially, Word, etc)
- Can-do attitude, team player, responsible person
- Previous Office Admin experience is a bonus; all training can be provided for the person with the right attitude
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Strong attention to detail is important
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
The following is a list of job duties and responsibilities, including essential and marginal tasks:
- General Office Administration duties of all types
- Taking phone and email orders, entering orders into Microsoft Navision is a key part of the role
- Assistance to Queensland managers in warehousing and sales
- Customer service duties including answering and responding to email and telephone enquiries
- Assistance booking freight and following up on freight enquiries when required
- Ad hoc duties as they arise
- Hours 7.30am - 4pm
