- NDIS screening requirements held
- Experience in day program environment preferred
The Role
This role is not an admin role. Applicants will need to be retain shifts on the floor, and also assume the following duties:
- Run site floor
- Oversee programs
- Manage transport runs
- Manage client allocations
- Liaise with families and provide them with exceptional customer service
- Undertake fire drills
- Complete WHS checks
- Promote a positive team culture
- Build rapport with clients, carers and staff
- Work collaboratively with other departments in the business
- Answer your phone when called by management on shift
- Action directives from management promptly
