The Opportunity
As a Team Senior, you will be coming into an established role to oversee a team of around 5-8 Support Workers and take senior responsibility for the quality and outcomes of the service they deliver. With, and through, your team you will ensure the team are self-managing their roster effectively, attending to all duties within their shift and finding pride in service.
A major focus of this role is to draw on your experience and talents, and partner with line managers to positively influence team performance, culture and morale.
What you bring
- Grit and smarts, with a strong sense of alignment to our values and mission.
- 2 or more years of industry experience in either the disability or child protection sector, both is an advantage.
- Minimum of certificate IV in Disability; Child, Youth and Family Intervention; or related. Advanced study in a related field is an advantage.
- A passionate for building strong relationships and being influential in your approach.
- Exposure to participating in large scale organisational change.
