The Opportunity
Reporting to the Infrastructure Operations Manager, this position offers a chance to contribute to the seamless operation of our systems and bolster support for our client-facing personnel. Key responsibilities include:
- Management of Microsoft Windows Services, Active Directory and Email systems
- Creating and managing PowerShell Scripts
- Support PAM Infrastructure
- Assistance with mid-tier infrastructure systems and applications
- Secondary support for the 2nd level desktop team as required
- Adherence to established call management process and taking responsibility for outcomes
- Establish or streamline operational procedures with a focus for automation
- Provide oversight to infrastructure technology projects
- Maintenance, management, and execution of the disaster recovery plan
What we look for in a successful candidate:
- Demonstrated tack record of success
- Previous experience with Office 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra AD, Email Systems and Gateway
- Experienced with security threat and vulnerabilities remediation, Privileged Access Management
- Broad knowledge of hardware and software
- Proficiency in vendor management skills
- Scripting and coding ability
- Strong communication skills
