About you:
- Demonstrated knowledge of Defence Test & Evaluation and Australian Regulations & Certifications
- Experienced leading successful outcomes in large delivery teams as well as working and leading contractual processes and deliverables
- Ability to apply experiential judgement and lateral approaches to complex problem solving
- Control Account Management (CAM) including an understanding of Earned Value Management.

As a NV1 security clearance is required for this role, applicants must be Australian Citizens to be eligible and maintain this level of security clearance.
Your responsibilities will include:
You'll lead Integration activities with the customer, regulators, broader SEIT team, product teams and suppliers to achieve system integration.
- Overall responsibility for AIR6500 performance of Integration, ensuring an integrated approach, defined in approved plans, and followed, including the establishment of formal working groups.
- Delivering Integration outcomes within an Agile delivery framework.
- Work with product teams, specialty teams to ensure a 'left shift' integration approach providing OQE for V&V and certification.
- Define requirements and ensure acquisition of infrastructure to support Integration such as labs, tooling, licences, customer furnished items, etc.
- Responsible for Control Account Management (CAM) managing cost, schedule and scope, risk, and opportunity for delivery outcomes.
- Work with the IVVC Lead ensuring AIR6500 has the Integration staffing, including skillsets, to deliver on requirements.
- Reporting status, issues, and resolutions to the IVVC Lead.
- Lead the approach and development of estimates and rationale.
- Leadership of, and working with, peers in a multi-site and multi-time zone (AU and US) team.
