Your new company Hays Human Resources has a temporary assignment available for a Senior Talent Professional who is based in Adelaide to partner with one of our State Government clients due to significant growth.
Your new role Based in Adelaide's CBD, you will be working in an Executive Office providing end to end Talent expertise to key stakeholders. You will also provide workforce strategy solutions along with operational guidance, advice and support to leaders in regard to talent attraction and retention. Day to day includes, but not limited to:
Developing hiring strategies and implanting these across the business.
Drafting advertisements, arranging interviews, reference checking, reporting, and compliance checks
End to End Recruitment
Provide coaching and advice to relevant People Leaders on complex recruitment/talent matters
Respond to HR requests in a timely manner.
Complete other ad hoc work as directed by your People's Leader.
Utilise people leader tools and resources and support leader development.
Utilise metric tools to educate People Leaders to improve operational performance.
What you'll need to succeedThe right candidate will be an experienced Talent Advisor / Business Partner, and it's highly desirable to have previous expertise within the South Australian State Government or Public Sector.
This role is for a creator of talent, and it is essential for you to feel comfortable chairing panel interviews, preparing recruitment analysis, reports, evaluation of candidates, and correspondence supporting the implementation of recruitment services to Senior Executives.
You will have excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail. You must be able to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, with the ability to manage various priorities across the business. This position is paying an ASO 6 classification, $60-$69 per hour + super and is flexible for candidates seeking 4 days or fulltime and offers working from home options.
