The Position
In partnership with Verve Partners, the TS Global are recruiting a Key Account Manager into their team.
Reporting into the NSW State Manager, we are seeking an agile Account Manager with an analytical approach who will strengthen the commercial and financial return of their key clients.
Key Accountabilities:
- Expand business for revenue growth and improve our market position.
- Provide support for our clients, to maintain and improve the clients spend.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Be the main point of contact for TS Global’s select key customers.
- Implement and execute strong collaborative business plans with key customers.
- Liaise with Area Managers for the site requirements and performance.
- A proven Key Account leader with a team focused approach and culture centric ethos.
- Experience and knowledge in conveyor belt systems, components, and associated components.
- Technical competence/ mechanically minded.
- Mechanical Trade certificate
- High level planning and scheduling
- High problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Committed to drive outcomes.
