Our Client is a prestigious and well-established accounting firm located on the beautiful Gold Coast in Queensland, Australia. With a strong commitment to excellence, they provide comprehensive accounting, tax, and financial advisory services to a diverse portfolio of clients, ranging from small businesses to high-net-worth individuals.
Position Duties:
- Perform complex accounting tasks, including financial statement preparation, tax planning, and compliance.
- Assist in mentoring junior staff members.
- Stay up-to-date with relevant tax laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and maintain high-quality standards.
- Foster strong client relationships through excellent service and communication.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) designation
- Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience within a public accounting firm
- Strong knowledge of Australian tax laws and regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks
