The Position:
You will be working as part of a team of accountants both onshore and offshore (Vietnam) whilst reporting directly to the executive team. You will be predominantly working as a Tax and Business Services Accountant responsible for financial accounts and tax compliance matters. You along with the team you lead will be responsible for
- Preparation of financial statements, tax returns for companies, trusts, partnerships, individuals and SMSFs.
- Business Advisory Services
- Preparation of BAS & FBT returns
- Engaging with clients and developing relationships
- Training and development of team members
- Various group projects
The Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum 3 years of practitioner experience including some leadership responsibilities.
- Tertiary qualification within Australia
- CA or CPA qualified or near completion
- Excellent understanding of and usage XERO
- Experience in preparation of financial statements and taxation returns
- Superior communication and presentation skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Have a positive and professional attitude evidenced by a ‘can do’ work ethic
- Australian Permanent Residency or Citizenship

Salary range - $120,000 > $150,000 based on experience and skill level. Opportunity for equity participation to be considered.
