About the role
The role of the Senior Technical Business Analyst in the Bank Identity API space (KYC - Know Your Customer, Forgerock, and other Identity Platforms) aims to achieve exceptional business outcomes by creating functional and user-friendly interactions that enhance customer experiences with customer-centric solutions.
Responsibilities include assisting in the development of technical solutions aligned with industry best practices and principles, as well as contributing to the creation and delivery of solutions that provide value to customers. This role also involves systems analysis, design, development, maintenance, and ongoing support for KYC applications.
What you'll do
- Play a key role in the development of job family guidance, facilitating the establishment of a best practice reference point.
- Support the implementation of new capability initiatives across Bank Tech teams driving best practice, consistency and community.
- Provide training and support to teams on processes and collaborate with Bank Technology teams to embed consistent disciplines.
- Formulate and recommend changes and/or enhancements to ways of working, processes, and procedures.
What you'll bring
- Over 5 years of experience as a business/system analyst.
- Extensive experience in Agile delivery methodologies.
- Proven track record of delivering solutions in critical digital channels.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative, cross-functional environments.
- Skilled in conducting workshops and delivering presentations.
- Proficient in Business Process Modelling and software tools such as JIRA, Confluence, etc.
