Key skills and experience:Have a degree level qualification in science or engineering discipline.Have well rounded technical, problem solving, analytical skills and ability to follow a documented process.Ability to undertake work both in the office and the field.Have excellent oral and written communications skills.Excellent influencing and negotiation skills and history of excellent customer serviceDemonstrated ability to efficiently and effectively plan and schedule work within a structured process-based environment.Sound computer skills, especially in the use of Microsoft Office software suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.) and ability to learn new business software systems.Previous experience in managing compliance requirements in a technical or regulatory field is desirable although not essential.Current driver’s licence – Minimum C Class What this role will involve?Work in a team environment to deliver the Corporation's Trade Waste and/or Backflow Prevention compliance management programs.Plan, schedule and perform a variety of office and field -based activities related to our customer compliance management programs.Evaluate, assess and translate technical information or legislative requirements to our customers and provide a high-quality customer service to Commercial and Industrial customers to ensure compliance requirements are met.You will receive on the job training and support to develop the skills related to Trade Waste and Backflow Prevention compliance management.Apply If you are interested in the above opportunity, please submit a covering letter (no more than two pages) and resume that best demonstrates your ability to meet the requirements of the role.Applications close 22nd February 2024.
