A rare opportunity available to join a well-established property and infrastructure consultancy based in regional NSW with several offices located across Australia. They have a strong client base with a variety of ongoing exciting projects and exposure to various niche developments. Your new role
As a Senior Planner within this nationally recognised business, you will undertake a wide variety of challenging and varied projects. Tasks will include but not be limited to:
- Environmental assessments, feasibility studies and preparing statements of Environmental Effects.
- Provide technical advice and stakeholder management including liaison with councils, developers, and state government agencies.
- Provide regular project reviews and act as a point of contact for more junior members of the planning and design teams.
- Assist in the preparation of quotations and tenders as required.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have a relevant tertiary qualification in Planning as well as relevant industry experience working as a Town Planner. This includes at least 4 years in a previous Planning position.
