This role belongs to the central traning team and work collaboratively with the business implementation team and local SMEs to promote high level stakeholder engagement and learning support for the end users.
This role will need to assess training needs and delivery of structured prerequisite eLearning, and deliver training classroom based learning sessions and activities, required to meet the learning needs of the end users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate and influence relationships with and between internal and external stakeholders, to proactively manage needs, expectations, mitigate risks and support change
- Undertake local environmental assessments to determine availability of training facilities and equipment to support the delivery of the required learning sessions to end users.
- Undertake detailed stakeholder and end user analysis to inform and the Training Needs Analysis for the local business implementation groups.
- Document detailed analysis to ensure local requirements and business imperatives can be accurately and completely communicated to the central training team in advance of training delivery
- In consultation with the subject matter experts, support the development of the local education and training content.
- Coordinate and schedule the delivery of education and training interventions in collaboration with local Subject Matter Experts and CentralTraining Team.
- Play a key role in the learning reinforcement, promote the successful adoption of change and provide end user support post going live.
- Monitor and report to the Central Training Team and Project Manager the achievements of key learning outcomes, and effectiveness of the education and training interventions.

Key Competencies:
- Strong background in the development, implementation, delivery and evaluation of training deliverables.
- Proven ability to conduct detailed learner assessments in alignment with the program curriculum and course content.
- Experience in conducting and documenting Training Needs Analysis, learning outcomes/knowledge transfer assessment, scheduling of training courses and completion of training registers.
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to effectively liaise consult and negotiate with a diverse range of stakeholders and build positive relationships in an environment of change.
- Proven ability to work in a team environment developing effective working relationships with team members and stakeholders.
- A proven track record working with minimal supervision including the ability to plan and meet priorities, accountabilities, performance indicators and deadlines.
Please note : Ability to travel intra-state is a requirement of this role.
