- Remuneration: $130,901 to $148,369 pa (HEW8) (inclusive of $110,613 to $125,373 salary pa, 17% superannuation and 17.5% recreation leave loading)

Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a Senior Transport Services Coordinator to join Campus Services and Procurement, Administrative Division.
This role requires a candidate with experience in the transport and parking industry, along with policy, contract and expertise to lead a team of two experienced staff and provide solid support to the Manager of Integrated Transport Services.

Campus Services is responsible for managing a range of support services across the university including QUT Bookshop, Retail and Commercial Operations, Security and Emergency Management, Estate Planning, Travel and Integrated Transport Services..
What you need to succeed
- Education, training and/or experience equivalent to postgraduate qualifications (or progress towards postgraduate qualifications) in business, finance (or closely related discipline) combined with extensive relevant experience.
- Extensive knowledge and operational experience in public Transport Services, parking systems, active transport and fleet services.
- Demonstrated ability to display initiative, contribute new ideas, critically evaluate current systems, programs and processes and contribute to ongoing improvements in Transport Services.
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to manage constructive and collaborative relationships with a diverse range of colleagues, clients and stakeholders.
- Proven experience in the preparation of budgets and monitoring of expenditure including the ability to provide financial planning and management advice to senior managers.
- Well-developed coordination and problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to apply a logical approach and sound reasoning when resolving issues.
