Form of work We are currently hiring for a high-profile product design team within an organisation that is one of Australia's biggest success stories.
Core Skills
Ideally seeking an end to end designer who is a natural collaborator, that can work in a highly cross-functional environment. Someone who can manage senior stakeholders, justify decisions and influence design decisions.
Proven experience as a Senior/Lead Designer creating products end to end across multiple platforms
Be able to conduct deep research & discovery, understanding customer needs aligning to business requirements.
Looking for a designer with strong experience in customer journey mapping and woking with complex UX architecture
Not be afraid to create new concepts, build fast, fail and iterate
Preferably have experience working on eCommerce, enterprise or SaaS products
Comfortable with a high-degree of ambiguity
