Senior Ux Designer

As a Senior UX designer you will be working as part of a highly talented team, embedded in their marketing & product team. This is an inclusive & collaborative environment where everyone is committed to delivering the best possible customer experience.
What you'll do:

• Researching and implementing cutting-edge methods and innovations to enhance user experience.
• You will be working from research to prototyping alongside a UI designer.
• Conducting thorough user testing to validate design usability, while maintaining a bias towards action and timely delivery.
• Creating clear and effective wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and site maps to articulate design concepts and solutions.
• Presenting and defending designs to both peers and executive stakeholders at key milestones.
• Utilizing customer insights and market testing results to prioritize design optimizations for improved user experience and conversion rates.
• Collaborating with the wider design community to ensure consistency and integration across all platforms.
• Advocating for and contributing to the development of design guidelines, best practices, and standards.

Looking for:

• Experience working on conversion rate optimisation within a large enterprise is essential for this role.
• Senior-level experience in designing for consumer brands, demonstrated through a strong portfolio showcasing UX design skills and innovative thinking.
• Proficiency in digital design tools including Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and collaboration platforms like Mural for prototyping and teamwork.
• Experience and enthusiasm for working in a high-performing Agile environment, ensuring efficient collaboration and rapid iteration.
• Solid understanding of sales and marketing concepts, enhancing the ability to create designs that align with business objectives.

This is a Sydney based, hybrid role working 3 days in office, 2 days working from home.
Salary: Up to $165k including super + Bonus + Benefits
