is a new business within Woolworths, aiming to create Australia's leading Last Mile Business. It provides an end-to-end Last Mile solution with a team, technology, and operations to offer differentiated customer experiences at scale across Australia and New Zealand. • Multi-talented team player who advocates Human Centred Design.
• Responsible for building conceptual designs, customer journeys, and service blueprints.
• Conducts user research and validates design hypotheses in a Lean UX and Agile environment.
• Advocates customer needs and opportunities across the business.
• Passionate about UX design and evangelises its value, upskilling and educating others.

What you'll bring

• A strong background in Human Centred Design practices with 5+ years of direct UX experience
• In-depth knowledge of Human Centred Design methodologies and Design Thinking
• A toolkit of tried and tested qualitative and quantitative techniques at your disposal
• Proven ability to make the complex simple
• Superior elicitation skills to discover customers unmet needs
• Empathy and an adaptable communication style to tailor to your audience and maximise impact
