As a SEO & Marketing Manager, you'll spearhead initiatives to promote and sell our clients diverse range of insurance products to their SME and corporate clients.

The Role :
Responsibility split in two:
SEO
- Set and develop a 12-month SEO strategy roadmap for key product areas across business.
- Conduct thorough SEO auditing, keyword research, traffic analysis and competitor research.
- Keyword & Competitor Research: Conducting in-depth research to identify high-impact keywords and analyse competitor strategies.
- Develop and execute successful SEO strategies for a diverse client base across insurance products.
- Work closely with Management to Identify SEO KPIs aligned with business goals, objectives, and overall strategy.
- Training: Participating in regular training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Monitor and analyse SEO campaign performance, ensuring KPIs and goals are being met.
- Report on SEO performance monthly and quarterly, ensuring key metrics are aligned with client objectives.
- Frequent internal meetings with brokers to communicate to discuss new SEO opportunities.
- Identify and recommend strategies to tackle UX issues and improve on crucial ranking factors.
- Keep abreast of SEO and integrated marketing trends within the insurance industry.
- Utilizing tools like Google Analytics, Ahrefs and Google Tag Manager for data analysis.
- Research and report on competitor strategies
Content Marketing and Website Management
- Copywriting/Content Writing on insurance products for website blogs
- Crafting compelling and SEO-friendly content to enhance website performance.
- Creating enhancing client proposals and presentations
- Optimise website content, landing pages and copy using best practice on-page SEO.
- Facilitate website migration strategies and offsite optimisation.
- Managing budgets and bids to maximize ROI for paid advertising campaigns.
- Working closely with the Creative Team to align digital strategies with creative assets.
- Ensuring all policies and procedures are followed diligently against the insurance brokers compliance framework.
- Driving growth in the organic traffic of the website
- Identifying new keywords and ranking opportunities
- Create, maintain and roll out a social media content calendar as well as employee advocacy content creation and distribution.
- Manage social Media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook)
About You:
- Proven experience as an SEO & Marketing Manager or similar role.
- Excellent communication skills
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding team marketing goals.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in industry-specific software.
- Passionate about optimising digital strategies and enhancing online presence
- Team player
- Informed about market trends, industry developments, and emerging risks.
- Attention to detail in creating and reviewing marketing content
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
It would be advantageous if you have ability to perform simple website editing; Graphic design experience ; and write engaging persuasive content
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in SEO and digital marketing.
- Knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, and various social media advertising platforms.
- Proficiency in keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Excellent copywriting skills.
- Experience in budget management and optimization.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Exceptional communication and client management skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
