AddressCapital Works is seeking an experienced SEO Specialist who is passionate about driving innovative SEO strategies. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing SEO initiatives across various businesses within our organization.
Responsibilities:
Develop, execute, and drive internal SEO strategies to increase leads and sales for multiple businesses in Western Australia.
Conduct on-page and off-page SEO optimization across a range of websites.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to implement tracking, attribution, reporting, and campaign solutions.
Create and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to drive website traffic and conversions.
Analyze web performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
Conduct keyword research and analysis to enhance search visibility.
Oversee technical SEO audits to ensure website health.
Scrutinize SEO data to identify trends and insights.
Requirements:
Strong commitment to quality and craftsmanship.
Extensive experience in SEO and SEM, particularly with Google (proficiency in setting up advanced tracking and GTM triggers).
Proficient in ideation, setup, and testing of Google and Facebook ads.
Deep understanding of digital marketing and social media advertising.
Coding skills are advantageous but not essential.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with the team.
Passion for continuous learning and enhancing existing skills.
Work flexibly between multiple offices to gain an understanding of each business.
