Established in Victoria in 2017, we currently have 16 operational services and have a pipeline of a further 30 centres to be rolled out over the next few years.

As the SEO Specialist within our Growth & Marketing Team, you will play a crucial role in positioning our brand for success in an increasingly competitive landscape. With a strong focus on improving keyword rankings and visibility, you will develop and implement SEO strategies tailored to each of our locations' websites.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve all locations website rankings and visibility on search engines
- Provide findings and recommendations upon all aspects of a technical audit
- Deliver and maintain high SEO and rankings results based on recommendations
- Monitor and analyse website performance, traffic, and conversions
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and algorithms, and implement changes as needed
- Collaborate with the marketing team to produce high-quality content for our website and other marketing channels
- Mentor and support the greater marketing team and their understanding of SEO principles to enhance marketing efforts
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure all efforts are aligned with our overall SEO strategy
About You
- 3-4 years experience as an SEO Marketing Strategist, preferably in an agency or multi location company
- Knowledge and application of SEO and Web Analytics tools for data analysis (Basic & Advanced Analytics Certified)
- In-depth knowledge of search engine optimisation, keyword research, content strategy and link building
- Understanding of how websites work from both user perspective and a search agent’s perspective
- Experience with website analysis using GA4 and other relevant tools
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
