Griffins Lawyers is a busy medium sized Law Firm located in Adelaide.

We are seeking an outgoing a friendly Receptionist. As the first point of contact with the public we are seeking someone who enjoys social interactions with people, is friendly, welcoming, outgoing and helpful.

Opportunity:

We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Legal Receptionist to provide exceptional support to the firm's Legal and Administrative staff. Successful applicant does not necessarily need experience in a legal firm, position could suit a school leaver with a positive, proactive attitude and motivated to learn.

Characteristics, skills and responsibilities, but not limited to:

  • Positive, proactive and motivated nature;;
  • Friendly, confident and people-person;
  • Excellent verbal and written skills;
  • Professional presentation;
  • Meet and greet clients;
  • Filing;
  • Photocopying & Scanning;
  • Managing telephone enquiries,
  • Rounds duties and delivering documents in cbd;
  • Efficient organisational skills;
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines;
  • Able to type, good understanding of Word;
  • Various administrative duties to support the administrative team, and
  • Working in a team environment.
