Form of workA multi-franchised dealer in the Top End of Australia is looking for a Service Advisor to be the main point of contact between our dealership service department and customers. Assisting our customers with repairs and maintenance service inquiries on their vehicles.
Alongside ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, you will be a highly motivated individual who is professionally presented, possesses excellent communication skills and willing to work within a team environment.
Daily duties will include, but not be limited to -
- Face-to-face contact with servicing customers as they drop off and pick up their vehicles.
- Taking enquiries and making service bookings from a range of customers.
- Maintain regular contact with our servicing customers to provide updates on their vehicles and additional work that is required.
- Liaising with internal workshop employees to ensure that jobs are completed efficiently and are returned to our servicing customers as promised.
- Maintain information in our DMS
- Manage incoming service phone calls as required.
- Support the service advisor / Service manager with daily administration tasks
