12-month Contract (Strong potential to extend)
Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 4.30 PM
 
Our client is leading equipment manufacturer with a specialisation in mining and construction equipment. They are currently seeking a Service Administrator to join their team in South Guildford.
 
What will this position see you doing?  
This position would see you performing, however not limited to, the following duties:

• Organising team rosters.
• Maintaining training matrixes, HR database and compliance, and induction management.
• Assisting with safety audits and quality assurance compliance.
• Coordinating site mobilisations and entering of timesheets.

What do you need to succeed in this role?
To be suitable for this role, you will need to possess the following:

• Experience in a similar position with familiarisation with site mobilisations.
• Adaptability with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• High level of interpersonal skills along with professional written correspondence skills.
• Ability to communicate with stakeholders in a professional manner.
