Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 4.30 PM
Our client is leading equipment manufacturer with a specialisation in mining and construction equipment. They are currently seeking a Service Administrator to join their team in South Guildford.
What will this position see you doing?
This position would see you performing, however not limited to, the following duties:
- Organising team rosters.
- Maintaining training matrixes, HR database and compliance, and induction management.
- Assisting with safety audits and quality assurance compliance.
- Coordinating site mobilisations and entering of timesheets.
To be suitable for this role, you will need to possess the following:
- Experience in a similar position with familiarisation with site mobilisations.
- Adaptability with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- High level of interpersonal skills along with professional written correspondence skills.
- Ability to communicate with stakeholders in a professional manner.
