Grassroots Childcare is a recently founded childcare provider currently operating in WA & ACT.
Hearts and Minds Early Learning Baldivis is one of our newer centres, offering state of the art facilities and resources, with warm and inviting indoor spaces and exciting outdoor nature play areas.

About the role
We are looking for a passionate & engaged administrator/educator to support our Centre Director while the current Service administrator is on maternity leave. The role has the potential to be extended to a permanent position should we find the right person. Together with the Centre Director you will lead, inspire staff, provide mentoring and support and make a difference to both families & staff lives. You will both oversee team development, performance evaluations, staff rostering & all elements of the service enrolment process along with other daily operations to continue to run a high performing, successful business.

Skills and experience
They will have experience working to compliance standards, hitting business targets and demonstrating the capability to build a strong and effective team environment.
A demonstrated experience in reaching targets and KPIs whilst adhering to and implementing company policies and procedures.
The ability to make changes in operations to improve performance and deliver timely results within allocated budgets.
Experience in developing and implementing high quality parent/ family communications.
Experience with using XPLOR software is definitely advantageous.
High level of administration and organisation skills are expected, business management abilities will be essential and confident people management skills will be regarded highly together with the following qualifications:
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care and or Early childhood teaching degree
- Current First Aid qualifications
- Current Working with Children Check
- Good knowledge of the Early Years Learning and National Quality Framework including experience with the Assessment and Rating process
- National Police Check
