About the Role
The Service Department are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join the team. Reporting to the Service Manager you will be responsible for service administration duties including but not limited to;
- taking bookings and managing them through our internal systems and programs
- answering customer enquires via email, telephone and face to face
- repair order costing and closing
- managing, maintaining and growing customer relationships
- identifying any additional service requirements and documenting them accordingly
- liaising with the workshop controller & technicians to ensure all work is carried out in the allocated time frame
- ensuring client satisfaction
About you
- at least 12 months experience as a Service Advisor
- excellent customer service skills
- a can-do attitude and ability to work well in a team to achieve a common goal;
- finely honed data entry and processing skills;
- high attention to detail;
- a willingness to learn, adapt and grasp new processes and systems;
- skills to prioritise workload to meet deadlines;
