An opportunity exists for an ambitious, experienced Service Advisor to join our team and help grow the service business to record levels.
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate a history of success in:
- Proven Automotive Service Advisor experience
- Excellent team and leadership skills
- A high level of professionalism and personal presentation
- Commitment to delivering superb customer service levels
- Proven background achieving department KPIs
- Strong focus on delivering high quality services
- Mitsubishi brand experience will be highly regarded but is not essential
- Pentana Dealer Management experience will be highly regarded
Our Workshop has a high retention rate of both staff and customers, so we're looking for someone who is committed to maintaining our reputation as an employer and dealer of choice in the area.
It is essential that you can perform in a high-pressure environment and consistently meet the expected planning, targets and timeframes required for smooth customer delivery.
You will work closely with the Service Manager to ensure sustained focus on service
Duties & Responsibilities
- Completing Service Advisor duties to continue the growth we are currently experiencing
- Working closely with the manufacturers' expectations and requirements
- Measuring, monitoring and improving various service KPIs
- Driving upselling and identifying new opportunities for growth
- Working closely with the Service Advisor team and Workshop Foreman to ensure great service and sales
- Managing incoming work and maximising efficiency, productivity & charging efficiency
- Stepping in and resolving customer concerns if they are escalated to your level
- Communicating effectively with the team and management to ensure the right service is provided to our loyal customers
- Cross skilling in all Service Advisor tasks, including: phone duties, warranty work, dealer management system utilisation, workshop communication
