Daimler Dandenong retails the globally recognised products of Mercedes Benz, Freightliner & Fuso Trucks and quality pre-owned vehicles. We have a dedicated and highly experienced Sales, Service and Parts team.
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with a strong customer service background to join our service team as a Service Advisor.
About the role
As a Service Advisor, you will be passionate about providing exceptional customer service and enjoy working as part of a team to ensure our customers are well supported.
Key Responsibilities:

• Taking a leading role in driving an outstanding customer experience
• Organising bookings and service enquiries
• Answering customer enquires via email, telephone and face to face
• Managing, maintaining and growing customer relationships with fleets of all sizes
• Identify any additional service requirements and document them accordingly
• Liaise with workshop controller to ensure all work is carried out in the allocated time frame

Ideally, the successful candidates will have the following:

• Strong customer service background
• Excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills
• Team attitude and ability to problem solve
• Commitment to delivering an unparalleled level of customer service
• Ability to prioritise and remain organised
