About the role
The Service Advisor is the primary contact between the company and our customers for service and repairs of vehicles. You will ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and prompt attention to customer needs. The role requires a customer-oriented approach, great communication and team work, and an ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Duties & Responsibilities
- First point of contact to assist customers in person or by phone
- Determine customer needs and communicate with the service department
- Organise and follow up on our guests’ vehicles during the course of the day
- Liaise with service department to ensure vehicles are delivered in a timely manner
- Follow all required WHS policies and procedures
- Behave in line with company values at all times
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a similar automotive role is desirable
- Friendly approach and professional presentation
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Knowledge of the automotive industry
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Sound computer literacy
- Self-motivated, punctual and reliable
- A current drivers licence
