” Connecting People and Places to Make the World Work Better”.We are currently seeking people to join us in the position of Service Advisor in one of our dealerships based in Blacktown, employed on a Full-Time basis.Availability:Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pmSnapshot of your day:
- Scheduling & organising service work schedules.
- Handle customer's service related queries
- Assisting with Customer invoicing & Purchase orders if required
- Assist to develop technical competences of apprentices & technicians
- Assist / collate payroll data (where applicable)
- Assist with workshop account reconciliation (where applicable)
- General administration assistance for Service Manager and team
What you must possess:
- Sound time management skills, self-motivated and organised.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical/mechanical knowledge
- Heavy Duty Vehicle driver's license
